At BizTechMart, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (WordPress Templates, Software, Tools, etc.)
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds will only be provided if:

    • The product is defective or not as described.

    • A refund request is submitted within 2 days of purchase.

    • The product has not been downloaded or accessed.

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5 to 15 bank working days.

2. Website, Web App & Mobile App Development Services
  • A full refund is possible only if the project has not started.

  • If work has commenced, a partial refund may be provided based on completed milestones.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed projects or used services.

3. Subscription-Based Services & Custom Orders
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once the service has begun.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver as agreed.

4. Payment Refund Policy
  • If a product is found defective within 2 days, you may apply for a refund.

  • If services have been used, no refund will be provided.

  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5 to 15 bank working days.

5. Refund Request Process
  • All refund requests must be sent to support@biztechmart.com with order details.

  • Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
  • If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute it.
