At BizTechMart, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (WordPress Templates, Software, Tools, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds will only be provided if:
The product is defective or not as described.
A refund request is submitted within 2 days of purchase.
The product has not been downloaded or accessed.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5 to 15 bank working days.
2. Website, Web App & Mobile App Development Services
A full refund is possible only if the project has not started.
If work has commenced, a partial refund may be provided based on completed milestones.
No refunds will be issued for completed projects or used services.
3. Subscription-Based Services & Custom Orders
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the service has begun.
Custom orders are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver as agreed.
4. Payment Refund Policy
If a product is found defective within 2 days, you may apply for a refund.
If services have been used, no refund will be provided.
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5 to 15 bank working days.
5. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be sent to support@biztechmart.com with order details.
Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute it.
